Quality is Job 1 was the slogan for a car company that was proud of producing quality cars. I don’t remember much about the car company or the ad, I just remembered the tag line. It really showed the marketing team was onto and idea. They just didn’t fully execute to the point where I’d buy the product. In fact, I was in the market for a car at the time. I didn’t buy from that car company. In stead I bought from a luxury car company that gave excellent customer service. I feel quality is important but customer service is crucial to good business.
Customer function superior given own traded me on the manufactured goods. Geico prides itself on #1 customer function in the Washington metro region. I am fairly certain that they are #1 in a hardly a regions and not just the Washington metro region. They own quirky ridiculous commercials, merely the points are:Their services are unproblematic to utilize Customer function is important to them. From the lizard to the cave man commercials, the ease of function and customer function are their key details. I personally utilize them for my houses some cars. I could vouch for the fact that the function is unproblematic and that they own excellent customer service. However when you own been in an accident they are unproblematic to function with throughout the process.
I am reminded of a firm I worked for whose selling team worked overtime on the “I Care” initiative. “I Care” exist the slogan some selling Guru makes. This company executive exist suppose to be the company savior and when he come up to up with “I Care” the entire of management exist traded on what he had to state. Employees on the other hand seen it as dumb. The “I Care” initiative come up to with and “I Care” pin that exist known to each employee. The “I Care” pins were known for everyone employee to wear. However, nobody gave any details regarding what this “I Care” pin exist. Nearly all employees not own cared fewer regarding the “I Care” pin or the “I Care” initiative. In fact it went a run gag that nobody cared regarding the “I Care” campaign.
