Lied About Browser User Agent
I am an internet broadband subscriber, which mean my internet bandwidth is limited for certain GB/month. It’s okay, I just use this broadband access when I am home, and usually only for browsing and updating my sites, but of course, I love to know and find out any kind of way to safe my bandwidth.
Few days a go, I found this great trick posted by my friend Iqbal on how to save bandwidth for limited broadband user like me. He use Firefox extension called User Agent Switcher to switch the user agent of the browser, like lied to the visited website and told them that we use Internet Explorer instead of Firefox :))
Even though this kind of act, usually used to allow access to sites that restrict access based on the browser being used, but when we switch our Firefox into a Wap device like O2 XDA or IPhone, certain website will automatically switch their theme into a mobile friendly version, a lite version of the web with more text and limited images, great to save our bandwidth.

We can download User Agent Switcher from here, and an xml file contain user agent database can be downloaded from here to be imported to the User Agent Switcher extension.
PS: If you want to add the ability to automatically change our WordPress site when visitor used a Wap device, try to install a plugin called WP-PDA.
