My senior told me that the most important thing we need to increase our SERP and PR are backlinks, but never overdo it in short time. This blog is 3rd months old now and when I check my backlinks using Backlink Watch, I already got 249 backlinks and most of them are not a good backlinks. Do I overdo it? Is this why my PR still zero?
